Walk-In Hours for When You Just Can’t Wait

But unforseen events do occur, and that’s why we have walk-in hours at six of our locations. When you need to be seen right away, just walk in. “There are a number of ways to protect yourself from ankle sprains. Proper footwear and protective equipment such as orthotics and braces are a good start. You can also strengthen the peroneal muscles on the outside of the calf.
